Uri and his friend introduced us with Vitali. Vitali was the best Ural's mechanics we saw. He is also a very nice person. He helped us to checkout several other motorcycles and gave us some very important recommendations. He also show us his garage and his motorcycle collection. May be next time we will take Vitali in our trip! On bottom-left photo you may see Vitali and his wife in the front and me with two Vitali’s customers (they bought a motorcycle). Bottom-left: Xavier & customers are drinking vodka to celebrate the purchasing.

Finally, we introduced with Sergey Udencov from Irbit (city where Urals assembles) and he bring to us his motorcycle with water-cooling system (usually it's air cooling). The motor was bright new and the chassis was old. He also made some special adjustments for us. At that moment Sergey was worked at Bike-land. Sergey also informed us about Vera's shop.

Some other nice & fun episodes during our preparation for the trip

Tolik is calling to the different people from newspaper for the second-hand motorcycles. Newspaper "Is ruk v ruki".

We where arrested by police, because we cross the street on "red" light. Near Medvedkovo metro station. We just get out from metro and as usual we cross the street by the shortest way. We where stopped by policeman and he invite us to his small house near the road. After some time (he filled out a lot of papers) he said that this week they conduct a campaign for pedestrians. We paid nothing, said that we realized that it’s necessary to cross the street on the green light and finally made this photo. On your right some other guy from police.

After we select motorcycle we made official papers that Xavier bought it. At the special office near Studencheskaia metro.
